Along with a touch of turmeric, this seaÂsonÂing is well-matched with fresh cauÂliÂflower and perÂfectly roasted with the assisÂtance of a robust extra virÂgin olive oil. Other North African staÂples are added to this salad as well: dried fruit, nuts, fresh herbs, and greens.
