Shipping Normally orders will be shipped using the UPS / or the  USPS  ground in about 10  business days of your order date and a Tracking Number will be provided. Orders tend to arrive about 4-6 business days after shipping  (Salam Olive Oil doesn’t guarantee delivery within 6  days, we are just letting you know what we typically see for shipping times). The shipping company insurance applies. If your product is lost or arrived damaged please use your Tracking Number and contact  the shipping company (UPS/ or USPS) within 1-2 business days  so they can help you submit your damage claim form .  You should also inform Salam Olive Oil at all times about the status of your submitted claim.  All  orders over $500 are solely covered by the purchaser or their insurance if they have it.

In-Store Pickup
Orders for in-store pick up will be prioritized and packed up ASAP. As soon as your order has been fully packed up you will receive an email from Salam Olive Oil to come and pick it up from the designated location. When picking up your order please be sure to bring a state or federal ID to verify your identity.

Payment, Returns and Refunds
All purchases must be paid for in full prior to being shipped. There are no returns or refunds on any products sold by salamolive.com, Salam Olive Oil or any other subsidiaries. All sales are as is.

Defective Products
All defective products need to be sent back to the manufacturer. If you need help getting in contact with the manufacturer please call or email us and we will help provide you with the manufactures information.

Cancelation of order prior to shipping
You may cancel an order prior to it being shipped however there will be a $10 restocking fee for orders under $100 and a $25 restocking fee on orders over $100.
