The description is a bit misleading: We all know that the criteria for classification of Extra Virgin Olive Oil does not take into account biophenol content. so the Use of EVO is superfluous, high biophenol olive oil, is by default, so superior in all chemical properties to extra virgin that even talking about it as extra virgin is an insult, only benefits industrial producers that continue lobbying to keep the bar of EVO as low as possible! you should make these distinctions, so we can help quality producers and help consumers not get mislead by these immoral classifications of OIL!
