The World Olive Oil Exhibition in Madrid, Spain on March 2 and 3 brings together proÂducÂers and buyÂers to proÂmote the comÂmerÂcialÂizaÂtion of olive oil and open new marÂkets. The event includes an exhiÂbiÂtion area, tastÂing sesÂsions, and lecÂtures by experts in the field, feaÂturÂing olive oils from varÂiÂous counÂtries and showÂcasÂing the diverse uses of olive oil in gourmet foods and cosÂmetÂics.
This year’s ediÂtion of the World Olive Oil Exhibition (WOOE) will be held March 2 and 3 in Madrid, Spain. The annual interÂnaÂtional exhiÂbiÂtion and trade fair serves as a meetÂing place for olive oil proÂducÂers, traders, broÂkers, agents and buyÂers from around the world.
The aims of the exhiÂbiÂtion are to highÂlight the qualÂity, variÂety and health propÂerÂties of olive oil and proÂmote its comÂmerÂcialÂizaÂtion in large volÂumes while openÂing new marÂkets by bringÂing together proÂducÂers and buyÂers.
The event includes an exhiÂbiÂtion area where proÂducÂers disÂplay their prodÂucts, a tastÂing area where buyÂers can samÂple olive oil, and a busiÂness point where impromptu meetÂings can be held.
The conÂferÂence proÂgram feaÂtures a series of interÂestÂing lecÂtures by experts in the olive oil field, includÂing preÂsenÂtaÂtions by the International Olive Council, the Olive Tree Institute (Tunisia), and other preÂsenÂters from Spain, Greece, and South Africa.
There were also be an exhiÂbiÂtion space for the preÂsenÂtaÂtion of gourmet foods and cosÂmetÂics made of olive oil, with the aim to showÂcase the diverÂsity of the difÂferÂent uses of olive oil.
